Mario Batali, Tony Abou-Ganim and Billy Harris throw the ultimate dinner
         party on September 18th in support of EarthLab Foundation

    NEW YORK, July 28 /eMediaWorld/ -- On Thursday, September 18th,
award-winning restaurant Del Posto (85 10th Avenue, New York City) will
play host to a spectacular evening of outstanding Italian fare, handcrafted
cocktails and outrageous entertainment, courtesy of Magic, Martinis &
Mario, a complete entertainment triumvirate made up of celebrity chef Mario
Batali, award-winning mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim and world-renowned
comedian Billy Harris.

    This exclusive one night only event is limited to an intimate 130
guests and will include a four-course traditional Italian menu designed,
executed and presented by Chef Batali. Dinner will also feature expertly
paired wines from his Tuscan vineyard, La Mozza, as well as selections from
the highly acclaimed Friuli Bastianich vineyard. Additionally, Abou-Ganim
will be on hand revealing trade secrets on how to recreate his tantalizing
cocktails while Harris amazes and entertains guests with his
sleight-of-hand magic and famed wit. Guests will also have the opportunity
to win a variety of fabulous prizes including a limited edition Ernst Benz
timepiece valued at $2,800.

    A percentage of the proceeds will benefit the environmentally conscious
EarthLab Foundation. "EarthLab shares my passion and motivation for the
environment," says Batali. "I have been implementing earth-friendly changes
in my restaurants, such as not using bottled water, but there is still a
long way to go. There are small choices about what we eat, how we shop for
food and cook that can help the environment. We are really pleased to
partner with EarthLab on this event and support this extremely important
cause."
