The survey also found that, despite their affinity for all things digital, shopping is still a social experience tweens and teens prefer to do offline, with 90% opting for a trip to the mall over a visit to popular shopping site eBay. When asked to pick between owning a car over a cell phone, 53% of survey respondents chose a cell phone.
