ACT Productions, the global Miami-based production company with more than 25 years of experience producing events, film, video and photography, has just inked its fourth contract for the legendary Orange Bowl Halftime Show and Pre-game ceremonies. The 2009 FedEx Orange Bowl will mark the 75th Anniversary of the Orange Bowl Committee.

This year's halftime show and pre-game ceremonies promise to be even more spectacular and grand, with a synergy of fireworks, effects, jet planes and a superstar performance, not to mention honors, awards, marching bands and local entertainment. While this show's Main Act is yet to be announced, past years have featured Jessica Simpson, Juanes, Ciara, Gladys Knight with Taylor Hicks and ZZ Top.

The 2009 FedEx Orange Bowl is scheduled for Thursday, January 1 at Dolphin Stadium. The game and halftime show will be broadcast again nationally this year by Fox Television.
