The Company stated that the process of providing current financials was delayed by its restructuring of previous financials to more accurately reflect its current state and the acquisition of Weatherly Aircraft Nevada, Inc. The Company stated that it has now complied with all the more stringent requirements of Pinksheets and feels as though its financials are in the proper order to move to a fully reporting entity in the near future.

In an unrelated development, Weather Aircraft Nevada, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MP2, announced that the first stages of production operations in Bogalusa, LA, were complete. Manufacturing machinery and spare parts have now been moved to its new facility in Bogalusa, LA, and are being prepared to begin production. The Company acknowledged the outstanding assistance it continues to receive from the City of Bogalusa and its airport management during the difficult process of setting up a new facility. "The city council, leaders of the community, and the Economic Council of Bogalusa have shown us emphatically that they will do all they can to help Weatherly Aircraft build an aircraft manufacturing facility in their community," stated Richard Corline, CEO of Weatherly. "We continue to be indebted to them for making this venture an exciting and economically successful venture."
