(TSX VENTURE:SVS) (the "Company") wishes to announce it has accepted the resignation of Philip Ranck as Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective May 6, 2009. Mr. Ranck remains as Chief Operating Officer of the Company's subsidiary Phyco Hydrogen Inc.

The current economic climate has resulted in a challenging environment for companies raising project financing and working capital. In response to this environment the Company has entered into discussions with senior management to reduce the expenses associated with the operation of the company's US subsidiary Phyco Hydrogen Inc., including changes in senior management, redirection of corporate resources, and relocation of subsidiary company operations. The Company continues to seek capital through various means including the issuance of equity and/or debt.
