Steven Georgiev Joins Northstar Electronics as Business Advisor

VANCOUVER, BC--(eMediaWorld - March 8, 2010) - Northstar Electronics, Inc. (OTCBB: NEIK) announces that Mr. Steven Georgiev has joined the company in an advisory role on financing and potential acquisitions. 

Mr. Georgiev began his career at the Avco Systems Division (now Textron Systems) where he was instrumental in developing the division and became Chief Operating Officer of this $300M revenue aerospace business. He left Textron to found and manage, sequentially, a number of early stage technology companies, several of which went public and achieved valuations of up to $400M. Investment exit positions also included company sales to strategic buyers.

Mr. Georgiev has participated in over 30 merger and acquisition transactions as well as many private and public financings. He has an Engineering Physics degree from Cornell University and an MBA from MIT where he was a Sloan Fellow.
