Sitel Launches Home-Based Agent Program at Albuquerque Facility Albuquerque Associates Will Provide Customer Support on Behalf of Leading Satellite Teleservices Provider

Sitel HomeShore is a proprietary home-based agent offering designed to give clients greater flexibility in managing their outsourced customer care needs. Sitel's HomeShore program is creating new jobs in the Albuquerque community; 80 percent of the initial 100 agents staffing the launch will be newly hired associates. Once the Albuquerque program is up to speed, Sitel plans to offer its home-based agent program to current and future clients at sites across the country seeking new ways to optimize their customer care.
