scheduled for April 23-24, 2009 at The Ronald Reagan International Trade

the guard as the Obama Administration and new Congress are set to take
office in January 2009.

Even in the midst of the credit and liquidity squeeze in the capital
markets, student loan financing is still universally recognized as
essential to the economic, social and cultural growth of the nation. Just
as Washington has stepped in to bolster liquidity in the housing sector,
the new Administration and Congress will most assuredly be taking steps to
ensure the continued availability of student lending. Industry participants
can count on additional legislation and other steps to increase market
liquidity in the vital student loan sector.

ARMONK, NY--(eMediaWorld - November 18, 2008) - IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced new IBM Forms
software that speeds up business processes by removing bottlenecks caused
by paper and by allowing employees without technical skills in any
department to create electronic forms or surveys in minutes, which could
save clients as much as $500,000(1) per year.

Until now, compiling forms and surveys required several technical workers
weeks, not minutes, at a significant cost in information technology (IT)
department time and salaries. Today, however, electronic forms are
increasingly employed to overcome the bottlenecks caused by inefficient,
paper-based forms and as a way to reduce a company's carbon footprint.

More than 250,000 children and teenagers will then start reading and considering their vote for best books. The hotly anticipated lists of Canadian books are now available on the OLA web site at: www.accessola.com/reading.

The Forest of Reading is a children's choice award program, run by the Ontario Library Association, in which Ontario students read at least five books selected for their age range. They then vote for their favourites on the official voting day in April. A committee of librarians and teacher librarians from public and school libraries choose the titles.

PHOENIX, AZ--(eMediaWorld - September 15, 2008) - In conjunction with one of its partners,
NextStudent this week began offering affordable short-term health insurance
plans for recent graduates and for those between jobs, as well as student
health insurance plans that offer a lower-cost, more flexible alternative
to some school and parent insurance plans.

Recent graduates may no longer be eligible for coverage under their
parents' health plans, and with unemployment at a five-year high and
companies continuing to cut back expenses, it will likely take longer for
new graduates to find jobs with health benefits. Families with children
still in college may find NextStudent's student health plans offer better
coverage and are more cost-effective than some school or family health
plans.

The Labor Department reported on September 5th, 2008 that the national

TEMPE, AZ--(eMediaWorld - September 2, 2008) - James Goddard, CEO of independent game developer
CrunchTime Games, has announced the release of "Shred Nebula" on
Microsoft's Xbox LIVE Arcade on September 3rd. Goddard, who is also the
Professor of Game Development and program champion at the University of
Advancing Technology (UAT), will be using the game documentation to show
the independent game and educational communities a real-world example of
design and pitching.

Goddard incorporated exclusive portions of "Shred Nebula's" documentation
within UAT's gaming curricula over the summer semester. Positive feedback
garnered from the past semester has prompted Goddard to release the full
version to students in Fall 2008. Goddard feels this release will help
students understand how the game industry works while offering more of a
hands-on approach to game development.

TAMAQUA, PA--(eMediaWorld - August 21, 2008) - Students from Tamaqua Area School District
could be doing more than playing video games or surfing the Internet on
their computers in the coming year. Starting in the fall, the district
will offer online access to classroom content and supplemental materials on
computers and wireless laptops with the introduction of lecture capture
from Echo360.

Located in the coal regions of northeastern Pennsylvania, Tamaqua Area may
seem to be an unlikely candidate to lead the state in the adoption of
lecture capture -- a technology once reserved for colleges and
universities. But as the study habits of K12 students have been adapted to
include computers and the Internet, Tamaqua's innovative faculty and staff
searched for technologies that reached their student population on their
terms.

PHOENIX, AZ--(eMediaWorld - August 19, 2008) - Despite federal legislation passed in May that
was designed to help the struggling student loan industry, cash-strapped
lenders continue to drop out of the student loan business, leaving families
throughout the country scrambling to find a new student loan provider as
6.7 million undergraduates prepare to head back to school.

On the heels of its decision in April to stop issuing federal student
loans, the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority -- the largest
student loan issuer to Massachusetts residents -- suspended its private
student loan program on July 28, citing turmoil in the student loan credit
market. Non-federal private student loans accounted for 80 percent
of the $500 million in student loans MEFA issued last year.

PHOENIX, AZ--(eMediaWorld - August 7, 2008) - Not only is the weakening U.S. economy creating
challenges for students and parents trying to pay for college this year,
it's also forcing colleges and universities to find new tactics to maintain

Amid speculation about the effect of the current economy on the financial

six months ago for the nation's colleges and universities. But now, a

certain schools could be headed for financial trouble.
